Addressing a rally in Ghaziabad, Asaduddin Owaisi was asked about Aryan’s arrest. He said, ‘You are talking about the son of a superstar. At least 27 percent of the undertrials in UP jails are Muslims. Who will speak for them? I will fight for those who are dumb and weak, not for those whose fathers are powerful.”
Meanwhile, the Mumbai sessions court reserved Aryan’s bail order for October 20. Reports suggest that the jail authorities have beefed up Aryan’s security. It is said that he has been taken to a special barrack and is being monitored by the authorities. They are facing difficulties in adapting to prison conditions and prison food, which has made the authorities concerned about their health and hygiene.
After his bail order was secured, Shah Rukh and Gauri sent him a money order of Rs. 4500 for his expenses in jail, as home cooked food is not allowed. He also spoke to his parents through video call as the family cannot visit due to the Covid-19 situation.
