Ashok Leyland, part of Hinduja Grouplaunched it today AVTR With 4420 43.5T GCW and AVTR 4220 in 41.5T GCW 4X2 tractor segment. With this launch, the company becomes the first Indian OEM to offer Tractor With 41.5T and 43.5T GCW in a two-axle configuration, as mentioned in the official release.
recently launched Ashok Leyland AVTR 4220 and AVTR 4420 tractors are offered with 4 cabin options which include Cowl, M Cabin, U Cabin and N Cabin (Sleeper Cabin). The tractors are powered by 6-cylinder H6 engine with i-Gen6 technology which offers high fluid efficiency and low DEF consumption. The company says that these tractors have been adapted to the Indian climatic conditions.

In June 2022, Ashok Leyland registered 130% year-on-year growth with 13,469 domestic unit sales as against 5,851 units sold in the same month last year. In addition, the company recently signed a financial partnership with Adani Capital for its small and light commercial vehicle offerings.
