On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the couple attended the Puja at the Ambani house and dropped heartwarming pictures from the event.
Athiya and Rahul looked no less than a dreamy couple full of love and light. While the actess decked up in a red embroidered saree, Rahul donned a white kurta. Both donned their brightest smiles and dished out major couple goals. The photos instantly went viral with many fans dropping happy comments. Time and again, KL Rahul and Athiya have proved to be each other’s biggest cheerleaders. Recently, KL Rahul made a stellar comeback to international cricket as the wicketkeeper batter smashed a half-century in 60 balls against Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2023 Super 4 clash on Monday, September 11.
Taking to her Instagram, Athiya Shetty shared a picture of KL Rahul, right after his century. She also attached a video of the ace-cricketer, at the moment when he crossed the 100 mark as well as a picture of the scoreboard. She also penned a heartfelt note in the caption. It read, “Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise… You are everything, I love you. #1.”
Athiya and KL Rahul tied the knot on January 23. The wedding ceremony took place at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala. The couple also organized a grand wedding reception later in Mumbai. As stated in reports, this reception had more than 3000 guests in attendance.
