Kolkata: Indian Super League side ATK Mohun Bagan Announced the signing of the 18-year-old midfielder Lalrinliana Hanamate from arch-rival SC East Bengal by a pre-contract agreement for two years.
“Introducing her first signing for the upcoming season, Lalrinliana Hanamate. Player signed pre-contracted for two years,” ATKMB posted in a tweet.

Hanmate joined the Pune City FC Under-18 squad in 2016 and appeared in 2018 i league Under-18. Thereafter, he featured for Hyderabad FC reserved side.
Consistent performances across age group levels drew attention from all corners, with ISL club SC East Bengal roped in for the 2021–22 season.
Hanamate was a regular member of the Red and Gold Brigade, having played 17 matches in the previous season. He proved to be a vital force in midfield, with 220 passes to his name.
The youngster also scored once, helping SC East Bengal secure a point in a 2-2 draw against Chennaiyin FC.
However, he will not be able to participate in ATKMB’s AFC Cup group matches.
ATK Mohun Bagan has already registered a 28-man squad for the continental event.
