Major automakers have announced some deals with suppliers and miners:
Tesla
01-March-2022Core Lithium will supply 110,000 dry metric tons of spodumene concentrate, a major source of lithium, over four years, starting with an Australian project in the second half of 2023.

China’s Gunfeng Lithium Company will supply battery-grade lithium for three years from 2022. The volume was not disclosed.
