“We would now like to inform you that, in accordance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the Company has, for the purpose of determining the eligible members for sub-division, fixed Wednesday, 14 September 2022 as the ‘Record Date’. Issuance of existing equity shares and bonus equity shares of the Company, Bajaj Finserv said.
