Barcelona crashed out of the Champions League and will now play Manchester United in the Europa League play-offs on 16 February (1st leg) and 23 February 2nd leg.
Barcelona and Manchester United will face off in the Europa League play-offs for a place in the last 16 of the competition.
Spanish side Barcelona met the winners of the 2017 Europa League twice in the 2009 and 2011 Champions League finals, winning both occasions, while United lost both legs of the 2018–19 European Cup quarter-final meeting between the pair.
United finished second in their Europa League group this season behind another Spanish team – Real Sociedad – and meet a Barca side that has qualified for the Champions League after finishing third in their group behind Bayern Munich and Inter Milan. Missed the last 16.
The eight group runners-up of the Europa League face the eight third-placed sides from the Champions League group stages, with the winners of the two-legged play-off advancing to the last 16.
Other ties picks include six-time winners Sevilla facing Dutch side PSV Eindhoven, Serie A giants Juventus face Ligue 1 team Nantes, while Jose Mourinho’s AS Roma face RB Salzburg.
The first leg of the tie will take place on 16 February, followed a week later by the return match on 23 February.
