We are always looking for new places to eat! The cooking scene in Delhi NCR is exciting, with new locations opening up almost every month. In search of something compelling, we met up with Barista Diner. Baristas have been known for their coffee for years and all our coffee connoisseurs would agree! But now Barista brings us, Barista Diner! This cafe of the popular coffee house is their attempt to foray into the world of culinary arts and we had the pleasure of trying the exciting menu prepared by them.
We started the meal by trying the appetizers. First, we were served Chicken Bruschetta. This snack was less like creamy chicken toast and less like Italian bruschetta. So for those who do not like tomatoes; This is a must for you! Next, we had Chicken Satay. This appetizer had a generous serving and was served with juicy pieces of chicken with a spicy peanut sauce to complement the marination. We also tried a healthier dish from the menu: Three-Bean Chicken Salad. This was probably one of the tastiest salads I’ve ever had! It was light, flavorful and delicious.

Moving on to the main course, we enjoyed pizza and pasta. We decided to put two flavors of pizza in one pie by making half as Paneer Tikka Pizza and half as Piri Piri Chicken Pizza. The pizza was quite fresh and juicy, with cheese coming out in every bite. We also tried the perfect combination of Pink Sauce Pasta, Red Sauce Pasta and White Sauce Pasta, and it tasted great!

We ended our meal with not only two sweets! First, we tried dark chocolate mousse and it tasted heavenly! Second, we enjoyed a chocolate brownie with ice cream that offered the perfect combination of chocolate and vanilla.

We didn’t forget about the coffee! We tried an iced latte, cappuccino and brownie milkshake and the drinks lived up to the barista’s reputation of serving excellent coffee.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and we highly recommend you check out Barista Dinner whenever you are in town!
