Bengaluru auto driver equips his vehicle with first aid, refreshments and more

The driver has kept sanitizer, candy, bandages and other items in his vehicle.

Bengaluru is known for its notorious traffic congestion, and each of the city’s taxi and autorickshaw drivers have a unique approach to dealing with it.

Today, the Autorickshaw Union in the city has launched its mobile app “Namma Yatri” providing auto services.

Amidst this recent development, a one-of-a-kind act of an autorickshaw driver is going viral online. For the convenience of the passengers, the driver has kept sanitizer, candy, bandage and other items in his vehicle.

An internet user shared this post on Twitter. Uttam Kashyap posted a picture and wrote, “Meet Rajesh, an auto owner in Bangalore. He kept sanitizers, bandages (band-aids), biscuits, water bottles and some coffee (coffee) bite chocolates for his passengers.

The user further added, “He told me that the customer is everything to him. Salute to Rajesh… He made my Friday with his unconditional gesture.”

The post was shared on October 29 and has garnered over 950 likes. Many internet users are praising the driver’s thinking. One user wrote, “We need more people like him. If we bring innovative solutions to their problems, we can go on a growth spree.”

“Amazing customer service. I would gladly tip someone like him,” commented another user.

A third person wrote, “An enterprising person who is passionate about his work. Would have been nice if you posted his auto number. Salute to Rajesh.”

“Unbelievable! Leave out the three wheelers, even cabs of Ola, Uber, Meru, etc. have nothing like that as they charge a lot! It looks like you are not only an honest auto owner, But also a very good vehicle owner. Consider one. “I hope he is an inspiration to others,” said the fourth.
