This happened some time ago. Mr. then found himself locked out of his own account, following which he complained with Facebook and informed them of the situation, however, it seems he only received auto-generated messages in response. Even after filing complaints with Facebook offices in Gurugram and Okla, it did not get any response. She then lodged a complaint with the Deputy Commissioner of Police, North West District Police with an office of the Cyber ​​Cell as well as the concerned Police Office SHO, but still, the actress claims that no action was taken. The actress eventually approached the Delhi High Court seeking a direction to Facebook and others to investigate the complaint filed by her regarding the hacking of her social media account. The Delhi High Court has now sought a reply on the petition of the Bhojpuri film actress. Justice Rajnish Bhatnagar, who heard the petition, has issued notices to Facebook Inc., Delhi Government and Delhi Police and asked them to file a reply, listing the matter for next hearing on March 28. The actress, in her petition, mentioned that unethical and obscene pictures and videos have been posted on her page by hackers, following which she has received several emails from friends, relatives, fans and followers. Further, the petitioner submitted that his image, which he has built with hard work in the last 10 years, has been adversely damaged which will take years to revive.
