Bigg Boss 16: Nimrit’s father calls Priyanka Chahar Chowdhary ‘insecure’; Tina’s mom slaps Shaleen Bhanot

In Saturday’s episode of Bigg Boss 16, the family members of Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Shalin Bhanot, MC Stan, Shiv Thackeray, Tina Dutta, Sumbul Touqueer Khan, Sreejita De and Archana Gautam came out in support of the respective contestants in the house. After Salman asked them who in their opinion was a “danger” to their loved ones inside the house, a huge fight broke out between the family members.

Salman asks Shalin’s mother if she is equally confused about the status of her son’s relationship with Tina in the house. “Not at all. They are both friends. Shaleen has supported Tina since day one and everyone can see that,” Shaleen’s mother told Salman.

Meanwhile, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia’s father spoke about the hatred being meted out to his daughter on social media. Salman asks Nimrit’s father, “You told our team that Nimrit’s online haters are paid bots.” In his response, the actress’ father said that when “20 odd celebrities” from the entertainment industry are appreciating Nimrit’s game, these trolls should be “ignored”. When Salman asked him who he thought would pay these trolls, Nimrit’s father said, “Probably those who are insecure about Nimrit,” before further adding, “Priyanka is very, very insecure about Nimrit. She Has been targeting Nimrit since day one.”
