Bihar terrorist module: After busting “a possible terror module indulging in anti-India activities”, Bihar Police has so far arrested five people including a retired Jharkhand Police officer with alleged links to the extremist organization Popular Front of India (PFI). The accused were arrested from Phulwari Sharif area of ​​Patna.

Another accused Marguv Ahmed Danish alias Tahir was arrested on Friday. He is a resident of Phulwarisharif. He worked in Dubai from 2006-2020. Bihar Police intercepted his phone number and found anti-national material in it. The man was associated with the Ghazwa-e-Hind group.

SSP Patna MS Dhillon said, “Another accused Marguv Ahmed Danish alias Tahir was arrested last night. The man was associated with Gajwa-e-Hind, a social media group.”

Tahir created two WhatsApp groups which were created through a Pakistan number and he was the admin of those groups. There were many people from Gulf countries in it. Another group was formed in January and consisted of Bangladeshi people. These groups were distributing pro-terrorism posts related to Kashmir as well as anti-national material and inciting people. Patna SSP MS Dhillon said, “He had a plan to directly join jihad in 2023.”
