Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel expressed grief on 12 February One CRPF officer killed in encounter with Naxalites in Bijapur district of the state and said that their martyrdom will not go in vain.

The Chief Minister expressed his condolences to the bereaved family members of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Assistant Commandant Shanti Bhushan Tirkey, who was martyred in an encounter with Naxalites this morning.
Mr. Baghel also directed the officials to provide better treatment facilities to a jawan who was injured in the incident.
