AAP sources later claimed that the party had audio recordings of the BJP’s “proposal” to Sisodia.
Sisodia is among 15 people and entities named in the FIR in connection with alleged irregularities in the implementation of the Delhi Excise Policy. The agency had recently raided his house.

Sources in the Arvind Kejriwal-led party said on Monday that AAP has audio recordings of the BJP’s “proposal” to Sisodia that all cases against him will be dropped if he changes sides. He said the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will make the audio recording public “when the time comes”.
“We have the audio recording of the BJP’s offer and it will be made public when the time comes to expose the saffron party,” said one of the sources.
At a press conference, AAP’s national spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh refrained from answering a direct question on how Sisodia managed to record the BJP’s “proposal” when his mobile phone was confiscated by the CBI.
Singh said, “The phone is the only medium? BJP leaders don’t know what means they use to do such work. The BJP uses all kinds of gimmicks, tools and equipment for such work like phones, messengers, meetings and so on. uses the instrument.”
He said everything will be ‘revealed’ when the time comes. “They (BJP) have done this (contacted Sisodia. They are doing their trick. We are also doing our trick. Wait, we will tell everything when the time comes,” Singh said.

Addressing a press conference in Ahmedabad on Monday, Sisodia said he was surprised when someone came to him with a message that he had “two proposals” from the BJP. Responding to Sisodia’s allegations, Union Minister Anurag Thakur Called Kejriwal a ‘big liar’ and his ministers a ‘big liar’.
