The brand shared some photos of Jenny’s ’90s-inspired athleisure fashion on social media on Wednesday, and her fans have flooded the website to see the items she was seen wearing. BLACKPINK Jennie has been featured on the hottest covers of fashion magazines and has been the epitome of luxury with her elegant style and panache. Her latest photos from Calvin Klein’s recent campaign inspired by their ads from the ’90s have hit the BLINKS again. In the photos, the rapper can be seen sporting bangs and long hair while flaunting the brand’s athletic wear. Talking about her style, the brand said, “Jenny in the new season. Sensuality with ease. Rediscovery in silhouette.”
While fans loved Jenny’s ’90s look, as soon as they rushed to the brand’s website to see more of the collection, the website crashed, leaving fans disappointed. Several users shared screenshots of ‘ERROR’ on Twitter and complained about it. One Twitter user wrote, “I repeat… Jenny. Brock. Calvin. Klein. Website!!!” “Jennie fans crashed CK’s website right after the pic dropped,” tweeted another. A third user said, “CK’s website crashed due to too much traffic. Many people visited the website after launching the new CK global campaign with Jenny.”
Others also expressed their excitement about the BLACKPINK member’s collaboration, saying, “Service. Body. Looks. Jennie never lets us down.” Another fan tweeted, “Anne x Calvin Klein is one of the best things to happen this year.”
Meanwhile, Jennie is part of the mega K-pop girls supergroup Blackpink alongside Lisa, Rose and Jisoo. Last year, the band released their comeback album ‘Born Pink’ after two years and hit their first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart. They also went on a world tour soon after the album’s release and performed in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Her ‘Born Pink’ world tour will end in June 2023.
