Blessing Mujarbani returns to Zimbabwe’s ODI squad for Australia tour Cricket News – Times of India

Harare (Zimbabwe): Zimbabwe Named a 15-man squad for the ODI series against Australia with Blessings Was returning from a muscle tear that kept him out of action for some time.
The three-match ODI series, starting on Sunday, is Zimbabwe’s first Down Under tour since 2003–04.
Blessing Mujarbani has returned to the Zimbabwe ODI squad after recovering from a thigh strain for the tour of Australia later this month.
Mujarbani was the only new member in the team who recently faced India in ODIs. Regis Chakabwa Regular captain will continue to lead the team in the absence of Craig Ervine, who is still recovering from a hamstring injury.
Tendai Chatra, who has a collarbone fracture, Wellington Masakadza, who injured his shoulder tendon, and Milton Shumba, who has a quadricep injury, were not included in the squad.

The ODI series is part of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League which will serve as a means of qualifying for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 to be held in India. The top seven teams and the hosts, India, will qualify directly from the 13-team competition.
