BMW Cars For ‘Loyalty’: Company Rewards Employees For Commitment Of Rs 1 Crore

According to a report in PTI, Chennai-based software-as-a-service company Kissflow Inc. has given five of its senior management employees BMW 530d cars, worth over Rs 1 crore, to “honor their loyalty and commitment”. Is.

The company’s CEO Suresh Sambandam said, “Five employees have been with the company since its inception and helped the company ‘dig gold’ during the pandemic… some of the employees came from humble backgrounds and before joining the company They had to face significant challenges.”

He also told PTI that the company faced several hurdles as it tried to navigate the difficult business environment of the pandemic and some investors also raised doubts on the smooth functioning of the company at that time.

The employees were not informed about the car handing ceremony until a few hours before the incident. The five cars rolled down one by one and lined up in parallel with the respective families of the five members.

“The cars are for these five who were with me when I dug 100 feet for gold (founding Kissflow while others left the organization midway),” Sambandam said.

He said that the company has now become a wholly privately owned company.

A Business World report quoted Suresh Sambandam as saying, “Unlike other companies there is no sick leave or casual leave. For them it is just a holiday. If they do not want to come and work, they can work from home. There is no attendance system like biometric system and we all know our employees.”
