BSE declares final dividend of ₹13.5 per share

Announcing its Q4FY22 results, major stock exchange BSE said that it has declared the final dividend of 13.5 per equity share 2 each for FY2021-22 on the equity capital extended after the issue of bonus shares in March 2022.

“The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 11th May, 2022 has recommended the payment of Dividend 13.50/- per equity share @ 2/- each. The proposal is subject to approval of the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM),” BSE informed NSE in an exchange filing.

Meanwhile, the stock market registered a jump of more than two times in net profit 71.5 crore for three months till March 2022 as compared to 31.7 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. Its revenue from operations increased 204.5 crore in the period under review from 152 crore in the quarter ended March 2021.

The company had allotted bonus equity shares of 2/- to 9,16,08,594 (including 14,30,000 shares vis–vis the shares held under suspension) in the ratio of two equity shares for each shareholder whose name appears in the register of members. were given. On 22 March 2022 i.e. ‘record date’.
