Abhay K Agarwal, EY India appreciated the budget and said that the focus of the budget is purely infra and capex creation which is a great strategy. He said that the government has chosen infra creation instead of budget incentives. He said that infrastructure development and employment generation will lead to wealth creation in the future. He said that multimodal logistics hub, 400 trains and 25,000 km of road will lead to a lot of development. He said that the emphasis on new and existing SEZs is pro-manufacturing.
