Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur informed on October 12 that the cabinet has approved productivity-linked bonus of Rs 1,832 crore for railway employees. Addressing the press conference, the Union Minister said, “Productivity Linked Bonus of Rs 1,832 crore will be given to 11.27 lakh railway employees. This will be a bonus of 78 days and the maximum limit will be Rs 17,951.
