Calcium-Rich Breakfast: How to Make Delicious Apple and Cinnamon Oatmeal

Soak the oats in water for a few minutes. Meanwhile, heat milk and add chopped apple pieces and cinnamon powder to it. (If you’re a vegetarian, you can use soy or soy only.) Badam Milk in place of regular milk.) If you want to increase the calcium content even further, you can add a few banana slices. In a separate pan, dry roast the sesame seeds and flaxseeds for about 60 seconds. Pour it into the milk and let it cook with the apples. After this add oats and mix. Once the ingredients are cooked, take out the porridge in a bowl. Add honey and stir lightly. Garnish with raisins and enjoy hot. You can also add almonds to give some crunch to the porridge.
