CAMS declares Final Dividend, Net Revenue up 2.3% YoY in Q4 FY23

Computer Age Management Services (CAMS), the registrar and transfer agent for mutual funds, reported a 2.3% increase in its consolidated revenue 249.2 crore in the March quarter. It reported a marginal increase of 0.7% in its consolidated net profit 74.36 cr in Q4 FY23 against Rs. 73.84 crore in Q4 FY22. Its consolidated revenue grew by 2.3% YOY 249.2 crore in the March quarter as against 243.6 crore during the corresponding quarter in FY22.

Shares of the company ended 0.63% higher 2073.70 per share on BSE on Friday. Its market valuation on Friday 10,159.80 crore on BSE.

Company declared final dividend 12 per equity share. CAMS has fixed August 15, 2023 as the record date for determining the members eligible to receive the dividend. The dividend will be paid on September 10, 2023 after approval from the shareholders.

“Recommended payment of final dividend of Rs.12.00 per equity share. The above dividend will be paid to those shareholders on August 15, 2023, which is to be taken as the “Record Date” for determining the members eligible to receive the dividend. This will be subject to the approval of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 07, 2023. If approved by the shareholders, the dividend will be distributed on or before September 10, 2023,” the company said in a BSE filing. Said.

The company also announced the appointment of new officers in its quarterly report announcement. B Chandra was appointed as the secretarial auditor of the company. CAMS also announced the appointment of new internal auditors and statutory auditors.
