“Can’t Take It Anymore”: Woman Who Married Herself About Divorcing Within 24 Hours

A woman who claims she married herself after spending just 24 hours in his company has said she is considering divorce. Twenty-five-year-old Sophie Maura took to social media in February to inform her fans and followers that she has “married myself”. She also posted pictures wearing a white bridal gown and gold tiara.

He tweeted on February 20, “Today, in one of the fakest moments of my life, I bought a wedding dress and made a wedding cake to marry myself.”

Her post prompted discussion among internet users, many of whom said that the woman was only posting about her “marriage” for “attention”. However, another section of people supported her for demonstrating the value of self-love.

One user said, “I wish you could buy yourself respect, self-love, shame or a father to hug.”

“One tweet and all for attention,” said one person.

One user said, “It looks beautiful on you, Amicha and anyone who doesn’t say so is a hideous lizard.”

Another user said, “Get mad, someone has to say this.”

“Great!! I’ll bank you!! What a great idea!! Brilliant!! Wow!! What a cover!” one person commented.

However, on 21 February Ms Moure tweeted that she was considering a divorce. “Update: One day I married myself and I can’t take it anymore, I see how the divorce issue”. It drew a lot of reactions from social media users, who were mostly taken aback.

“Get a good lawyer,” added one user.

Another person said, “Marry me when you get divorced.”

A third person said, “Stupidity knows no bounds, please don’t expect too much from this disgusting human being.”

One person said, ‘That’s why you have to think carefully before getting married, Sophie.’
