It is a healthy version of fries and tastes so delicious that you will not even know it is a carrot.

Peel the carrots and cut them into fries. Coat the carrots with as much oil as you need (usually 1-2 tablespoons). Now, add tapioca flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili or chipotle powder, salt and pepper to taste. Mix it well and make sure the carrots are evenly coated with the spices. Place them on parchment paper and bake at 400 F for 15 minutes. Next, flip them on the other side for 10 minutes until it is ready. And carrot fries are ready. Oh, and don’t forget the creamy dip.
