CBSE 10th datesheet 2022: Exams from November 30, check paper pattern

CBSE 10th Datesheet 2022: NS Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) According to the datesheet released on October 18, the class 10 board exam 2022 will be conducted from November 30. This is the first time that the boards are being conducted in November. The examinations will end on December 11. Changes have also been made in the syllabus and pattern of the exam. The date sheet for minor subjects will be made available to the schools separately. The examination for these subjects will start from November 17.

This will be a first time exam conducted for 50% of the total syllabus. The syllabus had already been reduced by about 30% due to COVID-19. There will be two boards in total. First-term and second-term results combined with practical marks will constitute the final result.

For Class 10 students, the practical aspect will include the marks obtained in three periodic tests, student enrichment portfolio, and practical assignments, speaking-listening activities.

Since the exam duration of CBSE board examinations has been reduced from three hours per subject to 1 hour 30 minutes per subject, the time of commencement of examination and reporting time at the examination centers have also been changed. Now the exam will start at 11:30 am instead of the usual practice of 10:30 am. This has been done to ensure that students across the country reach on time, especially with respect to the coming winter season.

Last year, 99.04% of the 20 lakh students who registered for class 10 board The exam had passed the exam. 2,00,962 students have secured more than 90% marks. A total of 57,824 students have scored 95% and above in CBSE 10th Result 2021.

In 2021, the board exams could not be conducted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This year also many students are demanding for alternative mode of assessment or online examination. For the most part of the year, classes have been held online due to the pandemic.
