More than 14.54 lakh students will get their CBSE Class 12 results in the coming week. central board of secondary education (CBSE) is all set to declare class 12 and class 10 results. Class 12 results are expected to be declared sooner than class 10. It is likely that CBSE Class 12th Class 2 Results will come by July 15The exact and official dates will be announced soon.

When students will check their results, the eagerly awaited scores will be not only for term 2 but also for the final result. The final result will consist of Term 1, and Term 2 as well as internal assessment or practical marks. The exact weightage of each post is not known and the formula will be announced along with the results. Rest of the board has given 40% weightage to each term and 20% weightage to internal or practical.

The board has informed that the students who did not appear in one of the two posts will also get their result, but the specifics in this regard has also not been shared. CBSE had earlier indicated that both the terms may have equal importance, however, the decision did not go down well with students and parents, who then resorted to online protests. After the declaration of result, students will be able to check it on the official website cbseresults.nic.in and results.gov.in. The results will be available on Digi Locker as well as UMANG app.

The overall pass percentage of CBSE Class 12 results last year was 99.37. Hiteshwar Sharma from Arts stream has emerged as the topper by securing 99.8 percent marks. Whereas in 2020 the pass percentage was 88.78. Divyanshi Jain and Tushar Singh have secured the top position with 100% marks. In 2019, the class 12 toppers were Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora who scored 99.8 percentile.
