“As per the provisions, practical examination, project or internal assessment for the session 2022-23 is scheduled from January 1, 2023 for all affiliated schools. India and abroad. However, schools located in winter areas are likely to remain closed in the month of January due to the winter season. Accordingly, the examinations for both class 10 and 12 for winter schools are to be conducted from November 15, 2022 to December 14, 2022. CBSE said in the official statement.

Schools conducting practical examinations/projects/internal assessment shall ensure that all instructions of the Central/State Governments, local bodies and other statutory organizations relating to the COVID pandemic are strictly adhered to.

To avoid crowds and social distancing, schools may consider dividing a group/batch of students into sub-groups of 10 students each. The first group of 10 students can engage in lab work while the second can do pen and paperwork and vice versa.
