The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the results of Class 12 students on Friday. This year girls with a pass percentage of 90.68 per cent outperformed boys by 6.01 per cent. The overall pass percentage of class 12 students in 2023 stood at 87.33 per cent.

Trivandrum topped the list of best performing regions. Its pass percentage was 99.91 per cent. CBSE Class 12 board exams were conducted in February, March and April. Around 16,96,770 students had appeared in the examination. CBSE will not announce the name of its topper unlike every year to eliminate unhealthy competition. Instead, the board will issue merit certificates to only 0.1 per cent students who have secured the highest marks in individual subjects.

Apart from the official website, students can also check their result from DigiLocker. To do so, they will need a six-digit PIN to access DigiLocker and use it to view and download the result. The mark sheets and passing certificates of the students will be uploaded on DigiLocker for the applicants who appeared in the examination.

In order to download their result, marksheet and passing certificate, students need to activate their CBSE Result DigiLocker account using a PIN.
