CBSE Class 12th Term 1 results to be declared today? Here’s what the officials said

Although no official announcement has been made yet, the board had earlier said that the class 12th class 1 results are expected by Friday, and as per reports the class 10 results will be declared after that.

An official said, “The process of preparing the result is almost over and it can be announced anytime. The board will inform soon.”

This comes in the form of a fake notice with Term 1 results doing the rounds on the internet, which has left the students worried. “CBSE Class 12 results to be declared today at 2 pm,” it reads.

But CBSE on Friday took to Twitter to bust the fake news.

Whenever the results are declared, students can check them through CBSE website cbse.gov.in, Digilocker app or website, UMANG app or through SMS.

The board has decided that this time, the results will be released in the form of marks obtained by the candidates and no student appearing for the exam will be called “passed” or “failed”. The final results of both the classes will be released by CBSE after the end of Term 2 examination.

Marks will also be moderated after Term 2 exam.
