Celebrity chef explains how to make instant Homemade Mix Veg Pickle

No one can compete with the variety of homemade pickles made by our grandmothers. We all grew up eating this crunchy, tangy dish with our meals. Dipinder used the following ingredients to make the pickle:

1 cup carrots

1 cup cauliflower

1 cup turnips

1/2-3/4 mustard oil

1-1/2 cups white vinegar

2-3 tsp chili powder

2 tsp turmeric powder

1/3-1/2 cup jaggery powder

salt to taste

Now, it’s time to check out the process:

firstly, she has chopped all the vegetables and put them in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes. In the next step, pat them dry to remove all excess moisture. “All the ingredients have to be mixed together to make this pickle”, said Deepinder.
