CEO Parag Agarwal fires Twitter heads of product and revenue, puts hiring on hold

Baccour took to Twitter to announce his departure after 7 years at the company. In a shocking revelation, Bekpore said that Parag Agarwal asked him to leave because the CEO wanted to take the team in a different direction.

Twitter bans recruitment

according to a report by the new York Times, Twitter CEO announced Falk and Becpour leaving the company in an official email. In the same email, Agarwal also mentioned stopping most hiring and pulling back on spending. However, he clarified that at present there are no plans to lay off.

Milestones that enable confidence in these goals.”

There are rumors that the Tesla CEO, once he becomes Twitter boss, will fire Agarwal and become interim CEO. Replying to a Twitter user, Agarwal recently said that he is not worried about losing his job, but more about the future of the company.
