‘Cingular Solution..’: What Twitter co-founder Dorsey said on Musk’s acquisition?

Twitter Inc. co-founder and former CEO Jack Dorsey shared on Twitter on Tuesday that Elon Musk may be the only solution he trusts for the future of the popular social media platform. Dorsey said the “single solution” he trusts for the future of Twitter is Elon Musk, the world’s richest man. The statement comes after the head of Tesla Inc reached a deal to buy the social media company for about $44 billion.

In a series of tweets, jack dorsey, who took the company public in 2013, said Twitter was “owned” by Wall Street and that taking it private was the “right” first step. Notably, Jack Dorsey holds a 2.36% stake in the firm, as does bloomberg Information

“Twitter as a company has always been my only issue and my biggest regret,” Dorsey wrote in a source. “However, solving the problem of being a company, Elon is the only solution I trust,” he said.

Dorsey started the Twitter thread by posting the famous Radiohead song ‘Everything in Its Right Place’ and then wrote, “I love Twitter. Twitter The closest thing we have to global consciousness.”

“Idea and service are what matter to me, and I will do whatever it takes to protect both. Twitter has always been my only issue as a company and my biggest regret. It is owned by Wall Street. And the advertising model has it. Taking it back from Wall Street is the right first step,” he wrote.

He further informed that Elon Musk’s goal of creating a platform that is “maximally credible and widely inclusive” is correct. “This is also @paraga’s goal, and why I chose him. Thank you both for taking the company out of an impossible situation. This is the right path… I believe in it with all my heart.”

In theory, “I don’t believe anyone should own or run Twitter,” Dorsey wrote. Given that Twitter wants to be a public good at the protocol level, the company doesn’t. “However, having a company solve the problem, Elon is the only solution I trust. I trust in their mission to expand the Light of Consciousness,” Dorsey wrote.

According to the company’s press release, Elon Musk previously said, “Free speech is the cornerstone of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters important to the future of humanity are debated.”

“I want to make Twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new features, making algorithms open source to increase trust, beat spam bots, and authenticate all human beings. Twitter has tremendous potential – I am with the company Looking forward to working with the community of users to unlock it,” he said.
