“Closest thing to Batmobile”: Anand Mahindra shares picture of Satin Black Scorpio number

Industrialist Anand Mahindra has posted a picture of the company’s latest offering, the Scorpio N, which a user has painted in a new color scheme. As per his tweet, the Satin Black Scorpio N is owned by Arun Panwar and has been modified by Delhi-based Bodywork Shop. This tweet, posted shortly before 1 pm, has been liked by nearly 800 users and the number is increasing every minute. Mr Mahindra is known for his quirky and informative tweets in which he shares life goals and other things with his followers.

“All I can say is wow! I am fond of my #ScorpioN ‘Lal Bheem’ but I must admit that I have strong feelings of jealousy now. This is the closest thing to a Batmobile. Owner Arun Panwar and Bravo for Delhi is based on Rapaholics to create this Napoli Black, Satin Matte finish,” Mahindra Group Chairman said in a tweet.

He also posted a screenshot of the news article which shows a satin black painted Scorpio N.

Twitter users were impressed with the new color scheme and gave it a thumbs up. One user tweeted, ‘This looks very slick. “That’s great sir….Black hunk,” said another.

The Scorpio N was launched in June this year at a starting price of Rs. 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This car tops out at Rs 19.49 lakh.

The Scorpio remains an iconic nameplate in the SUV segment and the latest iteration aims to keep things as authentic as possible with a rigid stance, butch proportions and a new design language.

The new Mahindra Scorpio-N will be present alongside the current generation Scorpio, which has been rebranded as the Scorpio Classic.
