Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will launch the YSR Pension Kanuka distribution program at Pratipadu village on New Year’s Day.
Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy had promised that the monthly pension in the state would be increased from ₹ 2250 to ₹ 2,500 and later to ₹ 3,000 in a phased manner.
As per the schedule from the Chief Minister’s Office, Shri Jagan Mohan Reddy will leave from Tadepalli at 10.30 am and reach the helipad at Pratipadu at 10.55 am, where he will interact with the local leaders.
He will address a public meeting and inaugurate the program at 11.15 am.
Home Minister M. Sucharita, MLCs Talasila Raghuram and Laila Epireddy and Collector Vivek Yadav inspected the arrangements. Ten thousand people are expected to attend the meeting.
