Nikul Solanki took to Twitter to share his experience while traveling in Vistara flight From Mumbai to Bangkok. He said he was surprised to see something that looked like a dead cockroach in his food. He complained to the cabin crew and posted a zoomed-in photo of the food on Twitter. “Little cockroach in extension meal,” read the caption. to keep track:

Within no time the post spread on the internet and people reacted strongly to it. One person wrote, “Hey! They should have put a huge price on them for the price they charge. Jokes aside, I feel terrible for you. This should never have happened.” Another comment read, “The worst food (in.) Vistara).” A third person commented, “It is a common occurrence to find foreign objects in food items in flight. Cleanliness on flights is the worst, dangerous too. If true then Vistara should compensate the passenger.”

All these discussions caught the attention of Vistara airline and they did not delay in replying to Nikul Solanki on the micro-blogging site. He said, “Namaste Nikul, all our meals are prepared keeping in mind the highest standards of quality. Please send us your flight details on DM so that we can look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. Thanks. “
It took no time for the complainant to share his flight details. Vistara, after its investigation, shared a statement that read, “The sample was sent to the laboratory and thoroughly tested.
