The leaders involved in the preparation process claimed that the 15-page proposal was very poorly drafted and would need to be completely rewritten. However, there was not enough time to do so as the CWC meeting ended well after 1:30 pm and the last session of the camp was expected to begin at 3 pm.

However, some members of the CWC claimed that ‘minor’ changes and improvements were suggested before it was circulated among the delegates.

“Most of our Lok Sabha members are from Kerala and Tamil Nadu and they could not follow what was said in the announcement. We have said that copies will be made available in English,” said a representative on condition of anonymity.
