The padyatra, which is currently in Karnataka and has completed its 25th day, threw up viral images of Mr Gandhi addressing a public meeting in Mysore in the evening despite heavy rains.
“The purpose of this yatra is to stand against the hatred and violence spread by the BJP and the RSS. It will complete its journey from Kanyakumari to Kashmir and no one can stop it. As if this rain has not stopped. Heat, storm, rain, no one can stop the yatra,” Mr Gandhi said while addressing the gathering.
