Coronavirus third wave: How to detect delta COVID infection (and ways to stay safe)

While by now we are all aware of the common and classic symptoms associated with rising COVID infections, with the delta variant, which is called pre-symptomatic and spreads rapidly to vital organs, the symptoms may be slightly different. It is important to be aware of the onset of symptoms and the emergency signs, to keep the infection from becoming severe. Delta infection can cause symptoms such as nausea, headache, abdominal cramps, high fever, dizziness and fatigue that should not be ruled out, according to the COVID Symptom Study app, which collects data from more than 1 million people in the UK. Some symptoms like congestion and runny nose should also not be ignored. In people who have already caught the delta variant, it has also been observed that the disease may begin in the pre-symptomatic phase, and the initial symptoms may be different from those of the original strain.
