Court reserves Aryan Khan’s bail order for October 20

Mumbai: A special NDPS court will pronounce its order on bail pleas filed by Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and two others on October 20 in connection with the alleged seizure of drugs from a cruise ship off Mumbai.

On Thursday, after hearing extensive arguments from the investigating agency NCB and defense lawyers, Special Judge VV Patil posted the matter for an October 20 order.

Earlier, a magistrate’s court had rejected the bail pleas of Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant.

Three were among those arrested from the Goa-bound cruise ship on October 3.
