Craving a piece of jalebi? Take a look at Milind Soman’s “When” and “Kitna” to eat

With his perfectly toned body, Milind Soman is an inspiration to many. Do you think his eating habits include only healthy things? OK, so you’re in for a surprise. Milind revealed his love for jalebis in an Instagram post. We see her holding a jalebi in her hand as she poses for the picture. He seems to know the art of striking a balance between eating healthy and succumbing to indulgences. He wrote a detailed caption where he admitted that he likes to eat jalebi at times. He further added that for him fitness meant a life of freedom, not restriction.

Further in the caption he said that he wants to enjoy life and everything in the world. And yes, some mouth-watering jalebis are no exception.

He wrote, ‘We all know what food is good and bad for us. All I do is eat more of the good and minimize the bad!” For her, it’s about “more vegetables and fruits, much less refined sugar.”

He continued to tell his followers about his food habits, saying that he consumed more whole foods and less of more processed, more packaged and more refined items.

He said that when it comes to food, he believed that “when” and “how much” are more important than “what”.

Milind has given some serious fitness goals to many. That’s why his fans are often curious to know about his food and drink. To brief his Instafam about his food journey, Milind revealed his daily meal plan. In this post, he told that he started the day with nuts and fruits. For lunch, he preferred dal khichdi with one part rice and two parts seasonal vegetables. He likes it with two tablespoons of homemade ghee. In the absence of rice, he prefers to eat six chapatis with vegetables. He rarely eats chicken or mutton. Their black tea also contains jaggery, not sugar. Read about their eating habits Here.

Some time ago Milind was on a tour of Gujarat with his wife Ankita Konwar. They enjoyed the traditional Gujarati cuisine. She posted a picture of a platter of sumptuous food on Instagram Stories, which left us stunned. We could see white rice, rotis, curries and some dals poured on a special Gujarati paper on the plate.
