CUET 2022: DU to conduct second webinar on reservation policy for UG admissions

New Delhi Delhi University on Wednesday said that they will conduct a webinar on reservation policies for admission to undergraduate courses under the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The live link of the webinar will be available on the YouTube channel of University of Delhi.

The webinar aims to cover doubts regarding reservation policies and related aspects and will be attended by DU Vice Chancellor Yogesh Singh.

Key points that will be covered for the second seminar QET 2022 Understanding the reservation policies for SC/ST/OBC-NCL and EWS candidates, the registration process for such candidates and the documents required for registration in CUET.

This is the second symposium hosted by . being done by Delhi University To address the queries related to undergraduate admission. Students are advised to register in advance for the webinar through the official site of DU at du.ac.in.

DU Registrar Vikas Gupta, Dean Admissions Hanit Gandhi and Joint Dean Admissions Professor Sanjeev Singh will also be present during the webinar.

Earlier this month, Singh had announced that admission to undergraduate courses would be conducted through CUET Which has been made mandatory for admission in 45 central universities of the country.

Till last year, admission to Delhi University was on the basis of cut-off marks in class 12 board exam.

Delhi University has initiated various activities to help prospective students regarding CUET including setting up a dedicated website.

A website is already live to spread awareness about CUET and it has all the relevant information related to admission in a comprehensive and detailed manner.

Moreover, video tutorials have been created to explain the registration process for CUET 2022.

These step-by-step videos guide the candidates to generate registration ID, select various programmes, process to choose subjects from Section I, II and III of CUET 2022, upload required documents and make payment. said.

The registration for CUET for undergraduate courses in 45 central universities began on 6 April. The exam will be conducted in computer based test mode.
