CUET UG 2023: Registration dates to end soon, exam in May

CUET UG 2023: Once the registration link is activated, candidates can apply by visiting the official website, cuet.samarth.ac.in.

National Testing Agency (NTA) will start the online registration process for Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2023 Quick. Confirming the development, University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairperson Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar through a tweet said that the dates for the registration process of CUET 2023 for undergraduate programs will be announced in a few days. Once the registration link is activated, candidates can apply by visiting the official website, cuet.samarth.ac.in.

“Registration and Application Process of Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG) – 2023] Announcement will be made in a few days for admission to undergraduate programs in central universities and other participating universities,” the tweet reads. As per the official schedule, CUET UG 2023 will be conducted from May 21 to May 31 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

CUET 2023 for UG courses will be conducted in 13 languages ​​which include English, Gujarati, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu. CUET 2023 UG Result is going to be out in the third week of June 2023.

Earlier, the UGC chairman confirmed that there will be no change in the CUET exam pattern and subject options. This year the number of exam centers has also increased. The score of Common Entrance Test will be used for admission For all Central Universities including Delhi University, Jamia Millia Islamia and Jawaharlal Nehru University. It can also be used for admission in private and deemed universities.

Last year around 14.9 lakh students had registered for CUET. The entrance test was conducted at 450 centers on each exam day. Therefore, the commission is selecting 1,000 centers this year, (all of which may not be used, but will act as standby) to ensure smooth conduct of the examinations.
