Lamb Bowie Pepper Fry
The most important part of any cafe is the food and D’Lan prides itself on its unique and fusion creations inspired by Indian and European cuisines. On our visit to the cafe, we had the pleasure of trying the Lamb Boti Pepper Fry, Asparagus Malai Kofta, Thyme Cottage Cheese and Turkish Balloon Bread. For drinks, we enjoyed the Blackforest Spritzer and the Banana Biscoff Smoothie.

Lamb Boti Pepper Fry is a spicy mutton curry served with Lachha Parathas, mutton lovers will enjoy this dish! Shatavari Malai Kofta is the European version of the classic Desi Malai Kofta, but creamier. Thyme Cottage Cheese offers a delicious steak of cottage cheese that is served with a spicy and tangy sauce. Turkish Balloon Bread is exactly like its name; Soft and fluffy Turkish bread shaped like a balloon.
The cafe does a great job in striking a balance between European flavors and Indian spices in their fusion dishes. The buzzing atmosphere of the Indo-European Cafe complements the exciting and varied menu.
