Delhi Government Vs LG: Lieutenant Governor wrote a letter to CM, CM Kejriwal met and replied

LG gave agreement – CM Kejriwal

Let us tell you that Delhi’s Kejriwal government is alleging that the Lieutenant Governor is not signing the file for the transfer of the secretary from the service, which was troubling the Lieutenant Governor, due to which Delhi’s jumping work has stopped. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal reached the residence of the Lieutenant Governor to meet him after the LG raised doubts about the government’s minister. After meeting the Lieutenant Governor, CM Arvind Kejriwal said that we have talked to the LG. He said that I am sending the file. I hope he will send it soon. Because service secretaries are the most serious, their change is very important.

must be given to the service secretary

CM Kejriwal further said that whoever wants to join does service secretary, so it is necessary for them. One thing that is fading everywhere is that the Center is coming out with a card to overturn the order of the Supreme Court. I hope all these are just rumours, none of them can be true. I hope so. If this happens then it will be a big fraud with the people of the country. This is a decision of the Supreme Court and it should be respected.

In response to LG’s letter, CM Kejriwal also wrote a letter

CM Arvind Kejriwal has said in his letter that I have received your letter. Shocked to read the language of the letter and the associated issues involved. The language of the letter is Tu-Tu Main-Main and the essence of the letter is – “Why did you say this to me that day, why did I say this to Lena”. CM Kejriwal further said in his letter that I cannot believe that a calm person like Saurabh Bhardwaj would have said such a thing. The CM has written that if Saurabh Bhardwaj has said anything like this, then he is your younger brother, a caller and a donor.

Ashish More alleged

It is alleged that veterans bureau secretary Ashish More has leveled allegations against Delhi minister Saurabh Bhardwaj of estrangement from the chief secretary and the lieutenant governor, who lodge the complaint. On this, the Aam Aadmi Party has accused the Lieutenant Governor of conspiring to overturn the court’s decision. Ashish More was removed from the post of Secretary to Delhi Services on 11 May. He was removed from office shortly after the historic Supreme Court judgment, which said that the transfer and posting of posts would be controlled by the Delhi government and not by Uprajya Pal.

Ashish More has alleged that on May 16, the minister called him to his chamber and threatened him for revenge. More has demanded action from the government in this matter and demanded security for himself.

Minister rejected the allegations

Delhi government minister Saurabh Bhardwaj dismissed further allegations, saying, “If he claims that I physically assaulted him, what can we do.” He reiterated that the government sent letters to him even though he was at his residence.

allegations against lg

The minister said that Arvind Kejriwal had announced on the day of the big verdict (of the Supreme Court) that officers would include big names and remove those who obstruct public work, so that senior officers can be brought up. Bhardwaj said, “I decided to change the services secretary on May 11 itself, and he disappeared. He came back after a few days and was evasive. Finally, we sent a proposal to Lieutenant Governor (LG) VK Saxena.” But they haven’t given him one yet.”

On the order of Kabir Sarkar, the proposal for the appointment of Supreme Officer, new service secretary was sent to LG.
