“Delhi minister threatened me”: IAS officers take responsibility for security, AAP hits back

Ashish More has alleged that on May 16, the minister called him to his chamber and threatened him for revenge. More has demanded action from the government in this matter and demanded security for himself.

Delhi government minister Saurabh Bhardwaj dismissed further allegations, saying, “If he claims that I physically assaulted him, what can we do.” He reiterated that the government sent letters to him even though he was at his residence.

The minister said that Arvind Kejriwal had announced on the day of the big verdict (of the Supreme Court) that officers would include big names and remove those who obstruct public work, so that senior officers can be brought up.

Bhardwaj said, “I decided to change the services secretary on May 11 itself, and he disappeared. He came back after a few days and was evasive. Finally, we sent a proposal to Lieutenant Governor (LG) VK Saxena.” But they haven’t given him one yet.”

The minister said his sources have informed him that the Lt Governor has been “threatening” officers by calls, instructing them to continue with some responsibility as the Center will soon come up with a decision on this (posting and transfer of officers). control) ) but a memorable one.

Saurabh Bhardwaj “We will go to meet the Lt Governor today and he will ask why they are not accepting the Supreme Court verdict. Why are they not passing the file,” he said.

Delhi’s responsibility and Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal reiterated Saurabh Bhardwaj’s claims on his Twitter.

He tweeted, “Why is the LG not following the orders of the Supreme Court? Why didn’t you sign the file of hundreds of crates for two days? It is being said that the next decision of the Supreme Court is going to reverse the order of the Supreme Court by bringing an ordinance? Is the Central Government conspiring to reverse the order of the Supreme Court? Is LG Sahib waiting for the ordinance, that’s why not signing the file?

Show cause notice was issued to Ashok More four days ago. He was then asked to withdraw his post. Ninth minister Saurabh Bhardwaj said More left unexpectedly and switched off his phone.

The statement read that, “Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj directed Services Secretary Ashish More to submit the file for transfer of a new officer to the post of Secretary, Services Department. However, Ashish More unexpectedly turned up as the minister.” Left the decision without informing the announcement. He reached out and his phone was also switched off.”

There is also no allegation of being “politically neutral” on the part of the Morey ministry.
