While kulhad chai is the favorite of most people, more and more vendors across the country are trying to incorporate the desi cup with various other food items. After kulhad pizza, netizens are shocked to see a video of kulhad-baked momos. Yes, one of the most popular street food, momos is now introduced in a unique way. In the now-viral video, shared by food blogger Hardik Malik on Instagram, a vendor is seen tossing fried momos into a rich sauce of mayonnaise and two other sauces. He further seasons the sauce-filled mixture and adds chopped onions, capsicum and sweet corn to the mixture. Thereafter, he takes the ‘mixture’ and pours it into an earthen glass. Each clay cup holds two momos and a layer of shredded cheese. He further puts the cups in the oven and serves the gooey baked dish.

According to the caption of the food blogger, this dish is available in East Delhi’s Krishna Nagar for those who are excited to try it. With nearly 2.5 million views on the video, some Instagram users couldn’t wait to try it. However, there were a group that were not affected at all. One user wrote, ‘What a stupid concept. You put everything in the kulhad,” while some wondered whether putting everything in the kulhad was a new trend.

Earlier this year, a Surat-based vendor served kulhad pizza to his customers. Back then, netizens wondered what else could be the turn of the kulhad, and it seems they have found their answer.
