First of all, take gram flour in a bowl, add salt, pepper, onion, grated paneer, tomato, green chili, carom seeds and coriander leaves. Prepare a mixture by mixing all the ingredients with water in a bowl. Add more water to lighten its consistency.

Now take a pan and pour a small amount of gram flour mixture on it. Fry it till it becomes crispy and golden brown from both the sides. Add grated paneer, onion, black pepper and green coriander over it. Fold it up and serve hot! Paneer Besan Cheela is ready!
