Diljit Dosanjh turns chef again and the dish looks tempting (pics inside)

Another day, another page of Diljit Dosanjh’s food journal. This time it is about soya dish. FYI: He’s also a chef. The actor-singer has shared a series of videos on Instagram Stories from his time in the kitchen. Diljit first shows us a container full of boiled soya chunks which he calls “lutri”. Then he mixes some red chili powder and turmeric powder with curd in it. Then, Diljit tells us that he is quite impressed with the colors of the material. Now, it is time to sprinkle some kasoori methi on the soya chunks. Diljit wraps the marination area by adding ginger garlic paste. No, the dish is not ready yet.

Diljit Dosanjh then heats some oil in a pan and adds other spices including cumin, bay leaf. We can see him adding chopped chillies, onions and tomatoes and finally the soya chunks. Lastly, Diljit Dosanjh shared a picture of the delicious dish along with the GIF “Cutting Alert”.
