In the past, aviation agreements had also directed airline authorities to prevent, including handling, ‘unruly’ passengers. The directive, from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), states that non-action, directed action or failure on the part of airlines to respond to major incidents has tarnished the image of air travel. Task group-owned Air India CEO Campbell Wilson joked about the incident and said the four crew members and one pilot under investigation have been completely taken off duty and a review of its in-flight alcohol policy. doing.
