Avoid consumption of artificial sugar

We all have enough sugar intake during the festival of Diwali. Thus, it is better to avoid consuming food containing artificial sugar for 1 to 2 weeks. Say no to sweets, bakery and cola after Diwali so that your body gets time to recover.
